Donor Privacy Policy

Chamber Music Northwest respects the privacy of its donors, and has put in place a Donor Privacy Policy to honor and recognize their rights.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
Chamber Music Northwest collects and uses personal information such as: name, address, phone number, and e-mail address when a donor voluntarily provides it to us. In addition, Chamber Music Northwest maintains a record of each donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file for legal purposes, and is used by the organization to analyze overall giving trends and patterns, and to help make accurate projections for budgetary purposes.

Chamber Music Northwest does not sell, trade, or share its donor information list with any other organization, non-profit or commercial. Name and address information only is traded with other arts organizations, for marketing purposes only, on an occasional basis, unless the donor has requested that his/her name be suppressed from such usage.

Fund-Raising Code of Ethics
Chamber Music Northwest never uses telemarketers (paid or volunteer) to phone our donors. We solicit our continuing donors once a year only, for their Annual Fund support.
